NEO-Didactics and E-learning

Scientific and practical conference. 1 day
Supplementary education

The conference aims to harmonize the positions of scientists, representatives of educational authorities and teachers on the development of the theory and practice of modern education and training in the context of digitalization of school and supplementary education. The capabilities of digital educational resources and platforms and the risks of e-learning will be presented. NEO (neoclassical) didactics reflects the connection of modern pedagogical practice and theory with classical science: the best achievements of the theory of developmental teaching and the theory of student-centered learning, which consider the development of the student's personality and self-identification to be the purpose of education.

The conference focuses on the search for psychological, pedagogical, organizational and managerial conditions for the development of each student by means of learning in a digital educational environment, integrating basic and supplementary education when creating individual learning routes for students, including gifted children.

During the conference the key issues of the implementation of the system and activity-based approach in the context of blended learning and online training will be covered:

  • How to ensure the active position of students in the organization of their independent and group work?
  • How to create a feedback culture?
  • How to build effective educational communication?
Scientists and teachers will present modern approaches to the educational process and lessons in a digital environment. An important task of the conference is to discuss whether modern teachers are ready for e-learning and assess their motivational and technological readiness. One of the objectives of the conference is to present the best educational practices of schools in St. Petersburg, the Leningrad region and other subjects of the Russian Federation as well as regional education systems.
