"Theatre lesson at the Mariinsky Theatre"

Cultural and educational programme for 10th grade students of St. Petersburg schools

The aim of the programme is to improve general knowledge of 10th grade students and introduce them to the theatre arts.

The programme is implemented in cooperation with the Mariinsky Theatre and includes:

I. Creative workshop on theatre arts:
  • tour of the new stage of the Mariinsky Theatre;
  • creative task (creating the mock-up of the theatrical scenery);
  • lecture on the play.

II. Watching a ballet or opera performance of the Mariinsky Theatre.
