Outcome-Based Approach Applied to the Assessment of Subject and Methodological Competencies of Teachers
The relevance of the conference topic is determined by the need to ensure systematic continuous professional development of a modern teacher creating a professional development plan. The Information and Methodological Centre of the Frunzensky district will share their experience in implementing an innovative project on the topic: Scientific and methodological support for continuous professional development of teachers based on the assessment of the level of subject competencies.
The following topics will be offered for discussion:
- the content and development of the materials used for the assessment of subject and methodological competences of teachers within the framework of the «Education» national project, individual examples of assessment materials;
- approaches to the assessment of teachers' levels of competence;
- networking options of the schools of the Frunzensky district using the best practices of work with teachers;
- organizational and pedagogical conditions for continuous professional development of teachers creating a professional development plan.
