The "Innovatikum" forum brought together teams of schoolchildren from 11 regions of the country
On March 24, the All-Russian Forum "Innovatikum" for students of grades 8-11 and young teachers was held on the site of the Media Arts Centre of the Academy of Talents of St. Petersburg in face-to-face and online format as part of the XI St. Petersburg International Educational Forum. The theme of the forum in 2021 is "The Society of the Future".
The "Innovatikum" forum has become an innovative platform for dialogue between business and education, where each of the parties, acquiring a new vision of development prospects, receives data that will affect the society of the future. The representatives of the largest Russian companies attended the event. Their representatives as experts in business and entrepreneurship shared the secrets of the success, and teached schoolchildren the skills of the XXI century.
The forum was attended by students of grades 8-11 and young teachers of innovative educational institutions of the Russian Federation. Teams of schoolchildren and young teachers from St. Petersburg Academic Gymnasium No. 56, Lyceum No. 144 and School No. 619 of the Kalininsky District, Lyceum No. 410 and Gymnasium No. 406 of the Pushkinsky district met face-to-face at the forum's site. Remotely, in the online format, 16 teams from 11 regions of the Russian Federation took part in the forum, including Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Syktyvkar, Yugorsk (Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug–Yugra), Vladimir, Sochi, Kazan, Dzerzhinsk, Kaliningrad, Nizhny Novgorod Oblast and Leningrad Oblast.
The core aim of the forum is to form the primary skills of entrepreneurship and create conditions for solving for the actual challenges faced the modern society. The organizers consider entrepreneurship not as a way to earn money, but as an opportunity to create your own startup, find and implement your ideas.
The work of the forum was based on the principle of a lab, where participants have the possibility to experiment, test hypotheses, mix different ideas and synthesize new solutions. On the website of the forum "Innovatikum" you can find the invited lectures by leading experts in the fields of science, business and education.
The forum hosted several events: an interactive tour "4.0", a lecture-training "Future Human" (navigation with augmented reality elements through the innovative space of the Media Arts Centre in order to find an idea on the topic "Society of the future"), a lecture-training "Future Human" by Anton Alekseev, General director of ROSNANO School League, and series of workshops (Journalism - recording podcasts, 3D modeling, Graphic design, Photo mastery, DJ Summanen (music composing).
Mikhail Ryadinsky, general director of "Tciflab" LLC held a workshop "Gamification" for 16 teams which were working in a remote format. The children learned to use game computer technology in the learning process, and the teachers – in the teaching process. As a result, each team was able to create and protect its own project.
The event is organized by the Lyceum No. 410 of the Pushkinsky district and the Media Arts Center, Academy of Talents of St. Petersburg.
